• The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• The product must not be a final sale or non-returnable item.

If your return or exchange meets these criteria, we will issue a refund or exchange the product as per your request.

Please note that we are not responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection of the product.
